Guest Services in Four Structured Steps

1. Guest Reception · Check-in

We only need to know your guests' arrival time. We will coordinate the check-in, and one of our team members will be present to give them a warm welcome.

Before their arrival, we will prepare and thoroughly review the property, ensuring that everything is in perfect condition to offer the best possible experience.

2. Assistance During the Stay

Throughout the stay, guests will receive assistance for any issues that may arise at the property, such as water leaks, toilet blockages, or lost keys.

Additionally, guests have access to a concierge service for any extra needs they may have.

3. Guest Departure – Check-out

The departure time is agreed upon at check-in. Punctually, on the agreed date and time, our guest manager will be present to check out the guest.

We will conduct a satisfaction survey, collect all keys and sensors returned, and inspect the property.

After bidding farewell, our manager will prepare the property for the cleaning team.

4. Property Cleaning

According to the occupancy plan, Keyda Care Services will handle the interior cleaning and adjacent exterior areas of the property.

The property will be prepared to welcome new guests or owners, as agreed.
