Atención a huéspedes

We are happy to look after your rental property and your guests. You might be far away and not able to receive your guests, don’t worry our team will take care of them during their stay.

Guest care consists of a total of 4 connected steps

Paso 1:

Recepción de invitados – check-in.

Just let us know when your guests will be arriving, we will arrange a time for the check-in with them and a member of our team will be there to welcome them.

Antes de su llegada la propiedad será preparada y revisada para ofrecer la mejor experiencia a tus huéspedes.

Paso 2:

Your guests will be assisted during all theyr stay for any issue that could happen in your property such as water leacking , toilet clogging, lost key…

They can also be assisted by our concierge service if needed.

Paso 3:

Salida del huésped – check-out

La hora de salida se acordará en el momento del check-in. Puntualmente en la fecha acordada, nuestro asesor de huéspedes se presenta nuevamente en la propiedad de alquiler y verifica la salida del huésped.

Beforehand, a satisfaction survey is carried out, all keys and sensors handed over are received and the rental property is checked.

After saying goodbye, the guest manager usually prepares what is necessary for the cleaning team members.

Paso 4:

Limpieza de la propiedad.

According to the occupancy plan, Keyda care Services takes care of the interior cleaning and the terrace adjacent to the rental property .
