Guests care

We are happy to look after your rental property and your guests. You might be far away and not able to receive your guests, don’t worry our team will take care of them during their stay.

Guest care consists of a total of 4 connected steps

Step 1:

Guest reception – check-in .

Just let us know when your guests will be arriving, we will arrange a time for the check-in with them and a member of our team will be there to welcome them.

Before their arrival the property will be prepared and checked to offer the best experience to your guests.

Step 2:

Your guests will be assisted during all theyr stay for any issue that could happen in your property such as water leacking , toilet clogging, lost key…

They can also be assisted by our concierge service if needed.


Guest departure – check-out

The binding check-out time will be agreed at check-in. Punctually on the agreed date, our guest advisor appears again at the rental property and checks the guest out.

Beforehand, a satisfaction survey is carried out, all keys and sensors handed over are received and the rental property is checked.

After saying goodbye, the guest manager usually prepares what is necessary for the cleaning team members.

Step 4:

Cleaning of the rental property.

According to the occupancy plan, Keyda care Services takes care of the interior cleaning and the terrace adjacent to the rental property .

Property will be set to receive new customers or owners depending on agreement.
